Hello, I wonder if they are entirely correct. I was not sure. 5 "7" and weighs 165 pounds. Everyone says I'm a little on the weak side, but I have a lot of muscles. As we all know, when it comes to muscle> fat.

I have a BMI of 25.8. Well, I must obviously overweight (sarcasm). Where can I find a simulator for the body mass index more accurate?
